For one minute, walk outside, stand there, in silence, look up at the sky, and contemplate how amazing life is. You have to go into the dark to see how amazing life is …. And yes , i tried to give it a try last night. Travelled to Avon Valley National Park with Anna Marie and few other novice photograhers to learn astrophotography. It was approximately 180 kilometers drive both ways from my place.
The last stretch of 10 kilometers gravel road was bumpy till Bald Hill but its worth taking the risk of driving in the dusk ,if you are keen to capture the milky way.
Stayed there for nearly three hours learning from the basic camera settings for this prticular type of photography.
Took many photos of the Milky way and the Venus from different angles , different camera settings . The light pollution is from the Perth city lights.
Now , i need to download a multiple image stacker software in Mac to stack these .
Looking forward for more night trips.
